If I had an option for zero star, it would be my very first option. I had them install 2 new tires on my BMW and had a flat 300 miles later, they failed to inspect and change the air valve stem. The owner said it is not their policy to check valve stems. The flat tire was a result of a corroded and brittle plastic on the stem. This shop does not care about safety or keeping customers, once you pay you are on your own. And forget about them taking any responsibility. The excuses they gave me were so ridiculous, they basically... read more
