From start to finish my reservation was handled with professionalism. Customer Services is top notch and gave us a discount on helping us get a rear entry minivan for my grandfather so we could get to the attractions with ease. Our church needed a couple wheelchair vans to accommodate a few extra disabled members for our trip to Sea World. We shopped around quite a bit and got a recommendation from one of our pastors that works with the Make a wish foundation so we ended up calling Discount Mobility USA to rent the vans. They were extremely accommodating and gave us a great price. Thanks for everything.
My little sister has cancer and wanted to go to Walt Disney World for her birthday. The Make a Wish Foundation made this possible for her and arranged for a wheelchair van rental for her and the family. The company that was to provide the rental fell through at the last moment, but Discount Mobility USA came through for us by donating part of the rental cost and delivering the van directly to us. I rented a wheelchair side entry van A month ahead. After arriving at the airport there was a rear lift FORD truck waiting for me. After calling them multiple times they said that they don't have any more side entry entry vans available for rent. They said that in three days they will have one available. Once they dropped it off the inside of the van was filthy, And it smelled bad. I would never recommend this place for any kind of rental, especially renting any sort of a mobil unit.While vacationing in Florida I rented an electric scooter and just on the apperance by itself,they rented me the most damage scooter that they had. The frame was old and all sorts of damage already done to it. Parts on the scooter were loose and started falling off of the scooter.
