I placed an order several days and the order status shows complete. No tracking details no updates on shipping and no follow up emails. My thought at this point is this is a scam given the zero communication. Furthermore if I receive a public apology and with an acknowledgement that they did not have the parts in stock, this will tell you everything you need to know. They list things on their website that they dont sell...will only tell you a couple of days later that they dont actually sell those products. Very Frustrating. Prices are good and service has been good when they actually ship stuff to me in the past.
Insanely great service and always have what I need for my Yanmar Diesel engine. Highly recommend!!!
16 days from order placement to delivery for a basic item. Not very impressed. If I had known it would take that long I would have bought elsewhere.
