16 days from order placement to delivery for a basic item. Not very impressed. If I had known it would take that long I would have bought elsewhere.
Exemplary service! Over the top! Needed a part and let Luke know I was hoping to get it in time for a regatta. Not only did he get it to me with time to spare, but he followed up with me to make sure I had received it on Monday in case it needed to be resent so I'd have it by the weekend. Just wish they were closer so I could thank him in person! On a scale of 1-10, Luke at Sunfish Direct gets an 11!
