Wow what a terrible experience I have had with Discount Laptop Shop. I purchased the laptop through Tiger Direct and it arrived a few days later. When I went to power it on it couldn't find/read the hard drive. I contacted tiger direct and was told that I need to contact Discount Laptop Shop. I was answered quickly by Jim S. He said they would be happy to send me a new drive. That was on Monday. The next two days I couldn't get a reply via email on if the items had shipped.
