I have had a terrible experience with this company. Was told to send the product back for a refund (after waiting a month for a response to begin with) Sent it back over 3 weeks ago and they have completely ghosted me, with no refund or response. It's been really frustrating. Now they have my money and the product, and I'm left with nothing. Wouldn't recommend their business.
This company is so wonderful. I have been ordering from them for quite some time now and they have the best customer service. Their products are high quality and the best price I have found. Have used this business to order before but tried to put an order in all week and store can't accept payments. Phone number doesn't work and have sent multiple emails and received no answer. I like your product and wanna continue business but if this is how you conduct yourself without customer service.
