My husband needed a simple service on a sentimental watch, and the lady didn’t even know how to close the back of the watch. Then she wanted to charge him $12. We said no thank you and walked out.
Bad service
I put 2 rings in layaway at this place. I spent around $300 got into a little trouble I couldn't afford to finish paying the balance in a timely manner(90days). I've been trying to get credit for something else and they are giving me the run around but oh well they must need that $300 dollars. But never again. And the lady is very,very rude. Everytime I go into the place the owner will call you,hell they never called me because my # has been the same for 15+yrs.
