Wow, that was bad. I had to call and email several times to get an appointment, finally got one, then he wouldn't do our taxes because he wouldn't take our files from a USB drive, even though I'd asked if it was okay on the phone, Left us high and dry 5 days before the tax deadline.
The man working here has a very bad attitude and is not professional at all. I felt disrespected and the customer service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I did my taxes with them in 2025 and had a good experience but this year was a little messy. They say they offer a online service so that you don't have to come in but unfortunately their online portal doesn't work and I had to call them to find that out. Otherwise they are extremely knowledgable but I recommend just going in.
