Purchased a split system here. One year later unit has a bad compressor contacted the manufacturer even with my receipt in hand warranty was not honored. Stay away from this units one year and now it goes in the garbage.

Great store, excellent customer service. I dealt with three employees and each one was polite, courteous, professional and accommodating. I had a problem and they handled it immediately with multiple options, up to and including a full refund. Highly recommended.
