A 5 Star review and things didn't go well, how is that possible? I purchased and had a break controller installed by Discount Hitch & Truck Accessories. As sometimes happens, it didn't go well. Ill spare all the details but needless to say had some issues with the install. Efram is the man for any welding you may need. He is talented and exceptional. His name is pronounced ‘ F Raa Eeen’ If you need anything mig or tig, he’s your guy. He is professional and has been doing this a long time. His work speaks for itself. I’m sorry I didn’t write this review sooner.
Matt and his team were great getting a replacement winch installed and getting the various lights on the bumpers. They hit the deadlines they stated they would and even dropped me off and picked me up at home. The service was tremendous. I'd highly recommend them.
Horrible service I came here to get a fifth wheel in my truck installed ended up paying almost $800 over what I was quoted took an additional 5 1/2 hours what I was quoted and when I got there, they were watching YouTube videos on how to install the parts of my truck, I tried to ask the manager for his name so I can contact corporate and work this out and this is the response I got was refusing To tell me his name and telling me to leave the property as soon as you got payment and then tried to hold my keys and sausage above... read more
