Um the floor was dirty but they did a good job. Just dont take your shoes off in the relaxing area the floor is nasty.
Poor customer service. I was told I would get a call when hitch was in. No call then when I called got attitude and was asked “Do you still want the hitch or not”. Common courtesy if you say you will call your customer you should call. He told me had a sick kid but someone else could have called in his absence. They did say at least 2 hour wait which was correct my husband waited 1 1/2 for install.
They had exactly what I needed today and scheduled me for a install the very next day
Came in on a Friday at 530pm before close and they got me in and out for a hitch adjustment. Robert even let me know if it needed to be adjusted again once I measure the RV hook up he would adjust if needed. The guy was in pain with his back and still took the time to get me taken care of before leaving to seek to his personal pain. Many thanks to the team there!
Had a bed step installed. Hector, Robert and the installers were great. Customer service was top notch and pricing was reasonable. I have used these guys for years! I will continue to use them. Happy customer.
