I came here for a tow wiring installation. I, installed a tow wiring myself, and purchased a kit of my own. I was having issues with my kit so I decided to come here and get it "professionally" done. I told the front desk employee if it was not so much trouble removing what I have installed since it doesn't work. Waited in the lobby as I presumed for the "full service".
