We have used Discount Hitch and Trailer fro the past 12 years and have found them to be good to work with until this week. After having a hitch installed on our Wrangler Jeep they convinced us to purchase a Tow dolly. It is unusable!!! Jeeps can not be towed!!! Their lack of customer service and knowledge has bee disappointing, frustrating and expensive since they REFUSE to refund us for this item. We have only had the dolly for 1 day when we became informed that it was unusable. DHT are unacceptable in Customer Service !!! ... read more

Was shopping around online matching prices for a hitch and called around to a few places. When I called Discount Hitch they had the lowest prices, even on the internet! I decided to order it online because it is free shipping over 100 dollars!! I didnt even have to drive anywhere and it got to my home the next day!
