Charles was able to diagnose my old system but I chose to have him replace it due to the age. His technicians were on time, polite and had the air working within the day which was nice.

Charles and his team did an outstanding job. Very professional and courteous. Removed old a/c unit/gas furnace and replaced with a new 4 ton Bryant. Arrived on time, completed the task with no issues and very detail oriented. They installed a new wi-fi thermostat and even replaced the thermostat on my second older unit. After a couple of weeks after the job was complete, I asked Charles to come back to adjust my fan speed to decrease the noise, which he promptly did -- Great customer service! I can't express enough words for Charles and his company . Professional and courtesy . The service is beyond exceptional. He took the extra step and resolved the issue. We've had called several other companies in the past hoping that the issue would be corrected we kinda gave up till today.We were expecting to have to get a new unit but praise God it was the fuse..And Discount Heating & Cooling lives up to their name on prices ..I would highly recommend them !!!
