This specific shop has been strongly recommended to me many times, despite living in the next city over (North Bay), with it's own Krown location. The shop owners and staff were very polite, sociable, and generous. Their reputation is well earned. While there I asked about a replacement wiper for my Suv. They didn't have one in stock but arranged for one to be delivered and installed before they were finished the hour.
