Extremely overpriced!!! Will NEVER buy from them. Even basic services are 3-5x other places. How they stay in business is beyond me.

The clerk was pretty knowledgable and friendly. The prices weren't very competitive. But, they did have a good supply of guns, new and used as well as ammo and supplies.

I order a gun, they says that it would come at 7 to 10 day. Pay the money and go home to wait for 20 day. I called them but no reply. I want to refund but I need to pay $150 penalty. Eventually I got the gun, but it seems it is a used guns( I paid for a new gun price). I also order the laser( crimson trace), but they DON'T fix for me. Price is $130 more than other store. About 24% more expensive than other gun store.It is the worse store I have ever meet . Never ever go back again. Actually ,Zero score I would give to him.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! It is absolutely astonishing that these people are able to stay in business. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have EVER come across. They don't return calls, they have ZERO follow through, and won't service any returns or exchanges. BEWARE OF EMPLOYEE JAKE, he is a friggin joke. How does he even have a job?
