Tried to return a shirt....was remiss in returning it promptly, (my bad) but over the phone they OK'd the return (once to my daughter-in-law and once to me.) sent the shirt back and their tune changed claiming a stain (Jordan)...talk with someone else (William) and the collar is worn from wear. Which is it? Get your stories straight. I know that neither excuse was valid. Ended up calling us both liars. Refused to allow me to talk to their supervisor.
