We are so happy and impressed with our new two-car garage with one-bedroom apartment bonus. Our original vision was improved upon and completely in a professional and timely manner. All the craftsman and sub-contractors were great. Thanks to all involved. I would highly recommend Vicars to anyone.
Discount Garage built our detached garage in Spring 2023. It has been a great asset to our home. Discount Garage was extremely easy to work with. Very professional. Communication was open and honest. The workmanship has turned out to be great. Everything is still working and looking good after almost 2 years. We would definitely use them again for any construction project.
Work was completed to our liking. They kept us informed even with us still in Michigan. They above and beyond when other things needed to be completed in the home.
Happy with our garage. They handled all permits and were great about notifying us of upcoming events. We were able to save LOTS OF MONEY by having them pour the slab, frame, siding and roof only. We handled electrical, garage track/hardware and actual door (garage door est. was $4k, we did it for $2500), insulating and finishing walls... they did quality work but some estimates were excessive.
