Service started out great, prices seems good and I was ready to pull the trigger on a large order. As a final step to confirm our selection we requested samples. Although being promised twice that the samples were sent they never were. Despite several follow up emails and phone calls our sales rep Dave seemed to disappear. That was a big waste of three weeks.
