Bought three pieces of cardio equipment, all lemons. In 6 months we had the treadmill arrive with a broken foot, replaced all bearings on the nu step ourselves and it’s still not working properly and the bike is squeaky. Would not offer any repairs - only his guy who charges $125 per hour. Buyer beware.
Not really a review, just clarifying info. This is not a normal store that is open to the public. It's by appointment only so more of a private dealer who outfits gyms and less of a fitness store where you can pick up some dumbbells and yoga blocks. It's also not in the medical center building where Google Maps puts it.
