Dear Jamel Esch: I was sorry to read your post that you were not happy with the exercise equipment that you purchased from us recently. It's the first negative review we've received of this nature in over 20 years in business...not many businesses can say that. I stand by our record & the many satisfied customers that we have sold equipment to and serviced over the years. We are not the biggest exercise equipment company in New Mexico (nor do we strive to be) but we take pride in taking care of our customers. Let's review wh... read more
Bought three pieces of cardio equipment, all lemons. In 6 months we had the treadmill arrive with a broken foot, replaced all bearings on the nu step ourselves and it’s still not working properly and the bike is squeaky. Called Joe to arrange for a servicing, he didn't even let me explain the matter before dropping the call and ignored all following calls. Poor customer service skills.
They moved to their heart and soul : The iconic Albuquerque Tennic Club. Their old store next to Padilla's is now a great healing place Dr. Robert Carpenter, a semi retired Doctor of Oriental Medicine... D.O.M. extraordinaire. Also yoga and what not. But I digress. Nothing new there! Discounted Exercise and Fitness Equipment is still alive and kicking. Health and wellness energy abound in this area. So get moving. Get fit. Get happy. Be all that you can be.
Discount Fitness Equipment has a 3 star rating with 5 reviews.
Discount Fitness Equipment is closed now. It will open on Monday at 9:00 a.m.
