I Hate dealing with companies that operate off greed and no compassion! I was to return my rental chairs by 4:15 PM. Life happened and I ended up getting there late at 5 PM. By the time I arrived, they were already closed despite me calling somebody and letting them know I was gonna come drop it later. No one told me they closed at 5 PM. Then I was responsible enough to arrive early the morning to return the chairs. Let me emphasize I was there BEFORE opening time yet I was still charged a whole day rental fee.
