Ordered a part around a month ago... could not find any information on tracking the package. long story short I can't get ahold of the store in ANY of their departments to find out what my tracking number or if there was even one to begin with!
I screwed around on this website for at least a half-hour trying to order parts. What a joke! The worst TIME WASTING site I have ever seen.
I have been a customer for many years. They provide the best prices and best services. I am surprised at their large selection of items and would recommend them and their services to anyone.
I placed an order on January 24 and I have not received it. I have called and emailed and nobody is returning my messages. Is this a legitimate company??
