When I called to schedule the appointment (outdoor outlets were not working and needed a chandelier lightbulb replaced), I asked about any fees associated with coming out and was informed there was no fee. The individual I spoke to informed me that they would not be able to do the chandelier lightbulb on the initial visit, but would be able to determine the ladder needed for the job. These guys were very communicative, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Needed to change the schedule, and then they were able to come earlier on the re-scheduled date. Communicated well via phone and text. Once they arrived, they very quickly resolved the issues I had. Couple of lights weren't working - tested the line, tested the switch - and all I needed were new switches. Quick. Easy. Pleasant. I will use Discount Electrical again, and I hope they send David and Billy when I do! Thanks guys!
