Getting a Prescription filled takes forever. Not sure what is going on but it should not take 7+ hours for common scripts. I feel really bad for those who need Prescriptions immediately, they are going to end up in Emergency Rooms.
I love going to the Reminderville Ohio Drug Mart. They always have what I need. I am truly grateful, I have this store so close to my house.
Guys, I went to your store on Pearl Rd in Parma Heights this morning and had the worst experience ever. There were 10 people in line, 1 register open with what looked like a trainee with another employee. Your manager "Elliot" was occupied organizing the gum display at the end of the registers! Finally, he notices the line after I give him a dirty look and he asks the lady at the film counter to call for help. No help.
