The guys are very nice however did not clear the main drain the first visit. Called them back the next day when everything started backing up again. When they returned we were charged a full visit price again. Seems a little extreme. Had they snaked everything they should have on their first visit they would not have needed to return. Consumer beware. Ensure all drains including running the dishwasher and washing machine are done prior to them leaving. Should only have to pay for service once if done correctly.
