Jacob was our installer for the carpet we purchased from Dave’s. He was very funny, knowledgeable, and open to any issues we might have had. He was so good at what he did, it inspired us to have another room done sooner than we had anticipated! Kudos to Jacob!!!
We've use this business a couple of times now and they are always friendly, helpful and the turnaround time is excellent!
Discount Dave's has a great selection of carpet for reasonable prices. They go out of their way to make things right for you. Jacob installed our carpet, and he did a phenomenal job. He did high quality work, while also being very fast and efficient. I will definitely be a return customer if have any carpet or flooring needs in the future.
We went through this company two different times to have our carpets replaced. The first two bedrooms were done just three years ago and one room has a giant wrinkle that has popped up and the other you can clearly see where they did a terrible seam job. The master bedroom in much larger and we had it done about a year later with no problems, other then we did have to pay extra to get the same color of carpet. We are very pleased with our Discount Dave’s experience. We had approximately 1700sqft of carpet installed in our bedrooms, staircase, and upstairs living room. Tanna with sales was easy to work with and helped guide us through the process of choosing the right carpet for our family. Our installation technician, Aaron, was professional and kind, efficient, and did excellent work. We will definitely use Discount Dave’s again in the future.
