I would leave zero stars if I could. Our salesperson was great! It was the level of service we recieved after the sale that was the worst I’ve ever experienced with any company! The price changed AFTER the order because of some miscommunication. What should have been an easy fix turned into a guy calling to threaten my wife and I that our install date would be canceled if we didn’t pay an additional $800. This was after we paid $9k upfront! I want to thank Andrea for helping me choose flooring that suits my lifestyle and budget. She worked hard to save me money. I am so pleased with Jerry the carpet installer. Andrea at Discount Dave's Ozark location has been phenomenal. She is great to work with and goes above and beyond at her job. She is very nice and polite and doesn't pressure you in anyway. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great team to get the job done. Ask for Andrea!
