Technician Heather came out to repair my toilet. She was very professional and friendly. Heather explained what needed to be repair and fixed it sooner than expected. If I ever need service again I will request Heather. She was awesome.

Heather showed up perfectly on time. She immediately knew which places to look, identified the problem (leaky washing machine valve), and fixed it. She stayed through a wash cycle to make sure that there as no more leak. She cleaned up her mess. Best of all, she didn’t mansplain or brag about herself. Two days later a contractor came in to fix the drywall from the leak and he told me and my husband no less than 8 times that is “great”/“really good,”/“phenomenal” at his job. RUN AWAY! Don’t do business with this company! They restarted my gas water heater but did not inform me that it may be contaminated with sewage! Also, didn’t file proper report with home warranty company. RUN AWAY!

I unfortunately had these people come out because my home warranty hooked me up with them. They lied to my home warranty company about the issue so they wouldn't have to fix anything (easy $100 in their pockets). The plumber was also incredibly rude while he was in my house. I reached out to Discount Contractors after my claim was denied because I still needed the work done and they raised their quote from $250 to $750 because I left them a 1 star review with my home warranty company (yes, they actually told me this is why t... read more
