Beware! This company appears to have no policy of honoring its own warranty. If you get a working product, count yourself lucky. They sold me a laptop that was dead on arrival and refused to provide an identical replacement or repair, which is directly against their terms of warranty (which clearly covers parts and labor). Their business model seems to hinge on selling used laptops with a "Microsoft authorized refurbisher" sticker on it without any regard to whether the product actually works or not. AWFUL HELP FROM JAROD IN TECH SUPPORT. SEEMED DISINTERESTED IN HELPING FIX A PROBLEM ON A REFURBISHED LAPTOP THEY ARE SELLING ON EBAY. THE LAPTOP I RECEIVED KEEPS RANDOMLY SHUTTING DOWN EVERY 7 MINS AND WENT FROM 89% CHARGE TO 10% CHARGE IN 1HR 7MINS. JAROD SAID IT WORKED AT THE WAREHOUSE. YEAH BUT ITS NOT. Ordered a refurbished desktop setup and it was a failure. The fan sounded like a car engine and the monitor stand was broken. Requested my refund from Walmart, and went to another site. Ordered a new computer, then realized that this was the same group Walmart used for my first broken one! I'll definitely be back to update if the new one is any better, but this first one sucked.
