They put a whole in the arm of one of my nice shirts. The manager called to let me know it was my fault because the elbows might be worn in. My shirt was in mint condition and I don't "wear" out the elbows in my clothes. She offered me a $3.00 refund of my cleaning. I find this completely ridiculous and some the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. I've been working in customer service my whole life and couldn't believe this. She also suggested that I make my shirt short sleeved to solve the problem

Top notch dry cleaner with reasonable prices. This is the only place I bring my dry cleaning to whenever I'm in town.
