If i could give no stars i would. Have had a trailer from them for about four years. Have had to replace just about everthing on the trailer. When we asked them what bearings they used (as they needed replacing) they didnt know and would get back to us. We called them three times and each time were told they would get back to us. We are still waiting 12 months later. Today needed to change faulty plug but unable to do so as the whole (very cheap) wiring loom wouldn't cope. Product is rubbish paint came off in first use. First quiried about a trailer i seen advertised in the morning, however they failed to respond. I then thought to myself that ill just drive out to the bussiness and if i was happy with the trailer then i would just leave with it. However when i arrived the place was closed (even though it was during normal bussiness hours). I then proceeded to call the number and when the phone answered and all that was stated was a very blunt 'Its not open today mate'.
