Although I am happy with the flooring and installation, I paid $150 for glue that was wrong. The installer left the glue at the store, and I then paid for glue from Lowes. I requested over and over for a refund, left numerous messages but have yet to get a call back or a refund. I could certainly use my $150 toward Christmas for my little grandchildren. 😡

We had the bedroom, closet, hall and living room carpet removed and replaced with a laminate flooring. Original job was to be completed in 2 months and it took 8. Before completion we had the kitchen and dinning area done to match the living room. Merchandise had to be ordered 3 times(couldn't measure correctly).Quarter round that was installed was previously used, not sanded and painted and nail holes showing. Installer said the transition piece could be done later. He came back and tried to glue it down and had our paint c... read more
