Discount Carpet has very poor customer service. The installation of the carpet is done poorly. They leave seans showing everywhere the carpet is cut. When I called it took weeks for them to come and look at the problem. When they finally came they did absolutely nothing except lye. They said the seams would eventually disappear. They said everything cannot be hidden. I have never had carpet installed where the seams are showing. Discount Carpet has a seam going across my living and dining area where the carpet had to be cut.... read more
