Incompetent, unprofessional, discourteous & untrustworthy – I recently bought a 2008 F 250 from Friendly Ford in Crosby. I wanted to improve MPG so I bought a tuner, exhaust and intake. I called Discount Car Wash, Crosby to verify that they could do the job. The Discount Service manager said it wouldn't be a problem. Do not go here! Rip off! – Do not got to this establishment! They will rip you off! I went in to get my vehicle inspected. I was told that the car would not pass because the OBDII testing machine could not communicate with the computer on my car. They said they could fix it for $50. I told them no because my husband is a mechanic. I took it home and my husband looked the entire car over and found nothing wrong.
