Chris the owner of discount cars, has Excellent customer service. He is very flexible with customers needs as well as what the customer wants. Chris also lends an ear as well as a smile as he serves his customers. My car was hauled to a garage from ct to mass with a blown engine as the garage explained it will take 2 weeaks to fix. The rental company I go threw only had trucks avialable for a few hundred a day.They did not care about my situation as i asked if they could find me a car. They said there is nothing.
