This company it self seems fine but the customer service especially the person I dealt with called Andrew was incredibly rude I mentioned that I didn’t want to see the car anymore and he reacted by saying okay fine and ending the phone straight away with attitude furthermore when I called back to request for my refund as it was a money back guarantee he responded by saying you will get it in a week and again ended the phone I would NOT recommend
Absolutely shocking customer service. Thank god I’m not a customer and never will be. We were interested in purchasing a car but were told to do everything online or over the phone. He was very dismissive, negative and uninterested in our queries. Extremely rude. Office was grotty and in disarray . Unprofessional in every aspect. Nothing like the website. ZERO STARS. Avoid at all costs!

Bought a Tesla model 3 from Andrew and it is pristine. Andrew was very helpful from start to finish and was happy to hold this car for as long as I needed until I got rid of my other car. 3 weeks later I was ready to collect the car and it was even better than pictures, the white leather was spotless. Thanks Andrew for sorting me a beautiful model 3 can’t recommend this business enough if you are looking for quality cars and a super helpful owner.
