I got a sew in and 3 days later had to take it out ! The braided were way too tight I also tipped 20$ that I did not hv ! I called to let the owner kno ! She still wants to charge me another 20$for a new hairstyle there bathroom is disgusting and the place is filthy ! I do not recommend

I absolutely do NOT recommend this place to anyone. The so-called discount is NOT worth the horrible treatment. Their customer service is beyond terrible. I’ve been there TWICE and still haven’t been able to get my hair done—what a complete waste of time. I was going to recommend this place to friends, but absolutely not anymore. The communication between the braiders, the owner, and the clients is a total mess. They clearly don’t care about their customers. If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would. I got my hair done here and it was a complete disappointment. Within 24 hours, the curly boho pieces were already falling out, and I had to leave for vacation the same day. I reached out with photo evidence and a very respectful message asking if we could work something out even just reimbursement for the $60 worth of boho hair I bought and lost. I would not recommend . The style I got was pretty but immediately THAT DAY my curls started to fall out . I called and asked if she could fix it , she said yes and then the next day blocked my number . I paid $230(including tip)
