I witnessed the staff refuse entry to a customer with a legitimate service dog. Even after they were informed that service dogs are protected by law, they still refused access. The way they handled the situation was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Very disappointing customer service.
Terrible experience. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I entered with my service dog, which is protected under federal law, and I was refused entry. The staff repeatedly told me they do not allow any dogs, even after I explained that my dog is a trained service animal and is legally allowed to accompany me. New to area bought a couple quick synthetic wigs here. Today I needed a blonde lacefront human hair wig. I wanted to call to get the price before I drove the 25 mins there. This guy really picked up and said I’m not giving you a price over the phone you want a price you gotta come here lol. I took myself to the very next store on Google she gave me an instant price on the phone and was very nice!! Needless to say I will not be returning to this store anymore and I don’t recommend it. The rudeness and disrespect is crazy .
