The lady that does lashes is rude and has a very smart mouth. I told her one of my lashes is still loose and she went to say ain’t nothing she can do about it I said I need my money back or something she goes to say I told u I’ll fix it which she did not and I told her you didn’t say nothing Then she says I don’t have time for attitude pull them off get a refund and only refunded me for the fee to put them on & I have yet to see the refund I’ll never support them again!!!
We replaced their water heater as it had a little blip. EVERYONE that comes in and out of here has amazing energy. However, the young man working here is so knowledgeable and kind. He is AMAZING, I believe his name is David. Great person and knows everything about hair you could ever imagine you would need he knows about. He recommended better products and isn’t afraid to let you know what you need. No upselling just wholeheartedly honest people.
The lady that does the lashes is so rude and unprofessional. They are disrespectful and dont know how to talk to customers and my lashes started coming up the same day! If they mess up they will not fix it. I don’t recommend this place at all
