My awning is 5 years old. No problem with the awning or installation. However it now sags on one side and needs an arm adjustment. Looks to be an easy fix but I'm unable to do it. Just a service call is $250. Even electricians and plumbers don't charge these prices. It is on a one story house. Am willing to pay a reasonable fee but not more than $150
