They did great! There were fast, sometimes faster than we could keep up with lol. But they came out immediately to measure and look at the areas for awnings. Then when we finally caught up we called them and they came out. They did an amazing job with every issue we had with our building exterior being corrugated. Thank you Discount Awnings!! From: West Wood Architectural Millwork.
They take their sweet time to finish the job and once done, they leave behind their trash (rubber tips and metal spikes). They should really give a discounted price!
My awning is 5 years old. No problem with the awning or installation. However it now sags on one side and needs an arm adjustment. Looks to be an easy fix but I'm unable to do it. Just a service call is $250. Even electricians and plumbers don't charge these prices. It is on a one story house. Am willing to pay a reasonable fee but not more than $150
What an unexpected find! The level of service at Discount Awnings cannot be beat. You have a customer for life. Ask for Hudson, he's the best!
Love my new shade, the process was easy from ordering to installation and the technicians made sure everything was perfect and to my satisfaction before they left. I was dreading summer but now bring it on! Looks so good, a continuation to the outside.
