Very poor customer service, especially toward members of the Eritrean and Ethiopian community. The service was unprofessional, and I felt that customers were not treated with the respect and attention they deserved. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
It looks sketchy, but it's not. Five stars.

Robel is the best. He was straight up about what my car needed, honest about cost, and so fast with the work. I had a tight turnaround and he finished faster than I thought possible! I’m a first time mechanic service-seeker and Discount Auto Smog & Tire gave me the peace of knowing my car is cared for at a rate I could stomach. I would highly recommend them as a mechanic to anyone in the South Berkeley, North Oakland, Rockridge, and Temescal areas. If not the whole Bay Area!
