Tried to say I had a dog in the car then charged $50 for a de smell charge
Based on my experience talking to the owner, Ronnie, about a vehicle, if I could give less stars I would. He was excessively rude and demeaning towards me and my character. I take customer service seriously and I do not appreciate being treated like this and/or knowing someone else could be treated like this. This is not ok. Compassion and respect are vital keys in customer service. Down grading and making personal remarks towards someone is not the way to do business.
There is no excuse to not have a positive experience here!
