Called because I was super concerned about changing my breaks. I called to ask on a Saturday morning if they would be able to take care of me. Gustavo assured me they would inspect my car and if it’s only the breaks that needed to be changed, he would definitely return my car before the end of the day. I came in for my annual oil change. Maybe third time doing it. After my visit I noticed the battery light on. Called them to let them know about the situation. I tried the troubleshooting they recommended. I stopped by the shop to see if they could quickly diagnose it. Clearly the truck is old and had been leaking but the battery light comes on right after I visit??? There is a clear indication of fresh oil being spilled onto the alternator WHICH WAS DENIED.
