I was driving down the Mass Pike when my car started making a sound like a popcorn machine. I pulled into a rest area and saw a piece of metal hanging down. Discount Auto Repair was the closest shop, so I called. It was 4pm on a holiday, but Todd said to bring it over. He couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He didn’t have the right washer on hand to allow him to reattach the culprit- a heat shield that had come loose- but he reassured me that it was non-essential, and packed it up with the bolts so I could fix it later... read more
Todd has been servicing mine and my family cars for a few years now I'm in Springfield I drive to Ludlow for auto service because of Todd you can't do any better.
I run a family business with service vehicles as well as several personal ones. I was recommended by a friend a few years back, because we had been ripped off by other mechanics. Discount Auto does awesome work. Todd is honest and trustworthy when it comes to repairs. He always gives me a quote before the repairs are are done. We've been very pleased and will continue to use them in the future.
