Owner is rude and disrespectful... Can't put a gear shifter in it sticks all the time.. after I accidentally took my card out b4 it was ready... My bank told me he had double charged me... I and the bank told him he went off on me calling me swear words... I would never recommend him...Rude, and he can't fix things.. Go else where... He can't admit when he's wrong and you have the proof and show him to his face... He has no respect or manners for his customers.
I had a great experience at Discount Auto Repair in Ludlow, Ma. Todd was fantastic—friendly, professional, and provided great customer service. The work was done quickly and everything was handled smoothly. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs!
Discount Auto Repair helped us out in a pinch. Excellent service. They are now our new mechanics! Straight forward and professional. Outlined the work to be done, quoted the price and that’s what we were billed. No hidden costs. Very happy with the work. Very grateful to now have a mechanic that we are comfortable with and trust. Would HIGHLY recommend checking out Discount Auto Repair for your next mechanical need. You’ll be glad you did. Thanks again to Todd. Wish you continued success.
Todd does great work! Finished MANY needed repairs in record time -2 days. I'm a first time customer and will continue to bring my car in whenever the need arises. Highly recommend.
