Great service. I called and they immediately were able to get my truck into the shop. Unlike other places I have been to he actually jumped in the truck for a drive to hear the difficult to reproduce noise I had been experiencing. The service shop I went to lost an oil cap in my engine compartment 2 days prior and they were unable to find it. The noise appeared intermittently and after a quick drive they were able to quickly figure out where it was coming from and resolved the issue. Would definitely recommend this spot
People don’t take your car to this shop. If he makes a mistake during repairs. He will literally make the problem about you. Most mechanics take responsibility and cut their losses. Thats how u do business What are you even talking about the estimate was $834.02. Then u upped it with new lug nuts and "labor” lol for $38 bucks last minute without even consultin me. Todd is a great mechanic. I brought my car in for an oil change, brake light switch replacement, and windshield washer pump, and he had everything done the same day. He kept me updated throughout the process and even checked in about my brakes when he noticed they were getting low. He gave me the option to handle it now or wait until my next oil change, and was honest that they still had about 20% life left. Todd is the absolute best mechanic I know and has been for the past 30 years that he has worked on my cars. He is super kind, very flexible, honest, extremely knowledgeable and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my cars than Todd.
