I had a warranty on my alternator and was in and out within 3 minutes due to the professionalism and the storage process they use for labeling stock parts. He knew RIGHT where my alternator was located and went ahead and seapped it out for mdtfree of charge due to me getting the warranty.
Had a great experience at this Advance Auto Parts. The Store Manager Hessler was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find the right battery for my 2004 Lexus ES330. He took the time to make sure I got the correct one and answered all of my questions without trying to rush me. It’s nice to see someone who genuinely cares about helping customers.
