No show on the appointment I set. Couldn’t talk with anyone at the shop, every time I called it was an answering service that didn’t know what was going on. Going somewhere else and wasted a day waiting on them.
What a joke this place is but I’m not surprised with who they have working for them! Got a quote for a new windshield for my car and it wasn’t half bad, so I went ahead and gave them the ok to order it, but then after saying they ordered it, and I needed to make an appt, they ignored my messages for over 3 weeks! I’m not going to give 1 star cause don’t think its their fault but they have an employee there name EJ that I got in touch with and he offered to do my girlfriends windshield. Even said he ordered it and it came in while he was off but would get back with me on a time he could get it in . Well I waited and waited and got no response then finally he wrote and was rude and I have all the messages and won’t get into the details of it cause it pretty bad but would love to show the owner or boss in charge .
