As bad as it gets. Charged more than I was quoted. Gave me the wrong back glass, and it was defective, and he put scratches on both the exterior and leather interior of my car, and he left broken glass inside my hatch. Falsely claimed to be a Better Business Bureau member and refuses to refund my money. There are many other glass companies around Denver. They can't be any worse than this.
These guys were amazing! Ted was the one I talked to, he gave me a price that was substantially better than another of the 4 companies that I called. They saved me hundreds of dollars for a front and back window replacement. They also came out to my house, and got the job done within one day. Could not be more happy with them!
They did a nice job with the windshield, and got it done sooner than I could get it in at any other shop, but they damaged the rain/headlight sensor, so now my wipers and headlights don't work right. That was over a month ago, and Ted told me he would take care of it, but now he doesn't even answer my emails or calls. I wish I would have waited for one of the more reputable shops to get me in.

They were all very nice. They replaced the window in about 30 minutes. The best part was I didn't have to go to them, they came to me, so I was able to work while it was getting replaced. I would highly recommend them for all your window needs! �
When I discovered that someone had broke my windows in a attempt to steal my car I called discount auto glass, I was frantic the poor guy on the other end of the phone calmed me down and assured me I would be taken care of, he came through on all his promises and cleaned all my broken glass, I feel they went above and beyond, not only did they calm me down they did take care of me!! Discount auto glass has a customer for life.
I was really impressed with these guys! It was a toss up when I heard the price, I thought it was low to account for the service, but I was wrong. They came to my work, replaced my windshield, and even cleaned up the mess I had in my car. These guys were even able to do the work the very next day!

Ted Martinez the owner is a huge coke head and ripps off his employees and treats them like shit..How do I know? worked for him. His wife Crystal who is major coke head looks like Blinky the clown because she wears so much make up is the one in charge of ripping off employees. Horrible people who associate with wannabe mobsters whos wifes cheat on them constantly.
