Very efficient fast service! I was so grateful because I had a road trip planned and noted a crack in my front windshield about 6 days prior. I took it in and waited and they were done in less than an hour! Very professional and kind! I have insurance with State Farm and the whole process was so smooth!
-0 Stars, would not recommend! I visited this location last Saturday to ensure I scheduled the right glass on my car, gentleman was nice. I went online to schedule, for Friday. I took a 1/2 day off work to find out they canceled my apt with no explanation Called twice, the lady who canceled my appointment was conveniently not available for an explanation.
Safelite's on-line request & appointment app is easy & fast to navigate. I was notified when the technician would arrive, & details about the service. He worked very quickly & reviewed with me any post install procedures that were required. I would recommend Safelite to anyone needing a windshield repair or replacement.
Joseph (Joe) was super transparent and helpful. He answered all my questions and did a great job with my windshield replacement!
Went in to get my windshield replaced and I was quoted $400 by their website online. I go in to drop my car off and they tried to tack another $600 in charges. If that’s the price that’s the price but lack of transparency on the website is ridiculous.
