Had to get a rear window replaced on my 2016 Toyota Prius. I left it there over the weekend, since I was not in a rush to get it back. They called me and told me I ordered the wrong window when I scheduled the service, which wasn't true, since you can only order 1 rear windshield for that specific car. When I picked up my car, everything was done and ok, but they surely didn't bother vacuuming up the glass shards inside the car, or in the hatch. I took my town car here for having issues with front windows. I assumed it was the regulator so I took both parts with me. They opened both door panels and told me one had to be replaced but the other one had some rubber pieces that prevent the window from going up so simple cleaning did it. I did appreciate the honesty and how fast they took care of both issues for a fair price. This will be the place that I will go from now on and will recommend to anyone who asks me.👍
I drive a Jeep Wrangler. As most Wrangler owners know, windshield replacement is not uncommon with our vehicles. I got hit with an unknown object while driving through downtown KC at 1 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon, and the impact caused immediate cracking that spread really quickly.
