They are the worst! One brother answers the phone and the other brother is the mouthpiece, yet isn’t qualified for that position. Bought a car and six days later it was down for the count. They have no on-site mechanic and are very poor with communication. More to come because I will be here daily to provide a rating for each aspect of this FAILURE of a buying experience. ONE STAR (would be zero if it were an option). Told y’all I was coming. Those other reviews are probably from AI.

Sold my grandmother a $7000 piece of junk. They always say nothing is wrong with the car but 6 months down the line- come to find out, everything from the transmission, axles, wheel bearings, gasket, bearings, oil leaks, spark plugs, and even more! Purchased my car in October and here it is December almost January and I have yet to be able to drive my car in peace with ease. Car had a bad radiator so I was told by them after complaining about my car giving me problems. They offered to fix the car as “courtesy” almost two week later I got the car back BUT the car was running hot and the heat did not work. Solid selection of Honda/Toyota vehicles. Very welcoming, no pressure, we test drove a car and wanted to grab lunch and think it over. No problems, shook my hand and gave me a card. We decided to purchase after lunch and called them back, made an offer. Paperwork was ready when we got there. Easy to deal with, will definitely recommend these guys and be back if we need another vehicle.
