Short story Shop killed my battery. I went to pick up my car it was completely dead they jumped it sent me on my way. When I get home turn off car I hear it ringing and beeping I notice my lights were left on. I dont ever touch my light I keep them on auto. Tried to start my car no luck tried jumping it nothing I go back next day all Im told is my battery is bad not their fault I never had issues with my battery till now . Unprofessional, rude, and terrible mechanics. Killed my battery on two separate occasions by leaving the lights on, denied responsibility and said it was due to a bad cell… yes a bad cell caused by them leaving the lights on twice. Had to bring it back for an alignment twice after replacing steering rack. Asked them to clean my battery terminals, they didn’t. Top notch prices for lowest of the low quality work.
