Had them replace a valve cover gasket. Next day there’s no oil in my car, I fill it up myself. Week later my engine is making a new noise, check the oil, gone. I Bring it back to them tell them there’s no leaks anywhere, you must have messed up the gasket replacement because my engine is burning through 4 quarts of oil within a matter of a week twice and there’s no leaks. This is the place the ONLY place I will EVER let touch my vehicle. I have been to many shops and there are none that I have found that can do a good and thorough of a job as Tim’s in Conway. Big corporations just want money with over priced parts you know you can get cheaper. When I go to Tim’s I will buy the part and take it in with my vehicle for the install. Took my Escalade to Tim’s garage here in Conway! The manager Drew was super helpful and informative about the process on servicing my vehicle. I was in and out in no time without being pressured to buy anything extra. I had actually given them the okay to replace the cabin air filter and the engine air filter and they were honest enough to tell me that I did not need the engine air filter replaced yet. I will definitely trust my business with Drew and his guys at Tim’s Garage moving forward! Thanks again!
Had a great experience at Tim’s Garage in Conway! Needed in for a quick oil change and they were able to get me in with short notice. Drew and the guys in the shop were so fast and made things so easy! Would highly recommend this shop!
