I bought a dishwasher on June 28. I waited all day on July 3rd for a delivery that never happened. It was delivered the following week but after three cycles now does not work. Now I'm waiting another week for on a part to arrive, and I cannot get a refund. I could not be more dissatisfied.
I just bought a used refrigerator, and washer/dryer combo and I couldn't be happier. I can't decide if the service or the prices were better. Thanks to Brandon for making the purchases easy and painless. He met our needs for a fraction of the price of full retail. I cannot speak to the quality of their service calls yet, so your mileage may vary.

These guys! Bought a dishwasher and had it installed. The installer was in such a rush he left an screw or two out. The unit bounced around in the space like it was going to go for a walk. Made one phone call to the shop. They immediately agreed to come out and fix the problem. They were even willing to come out after their store delivery times to accommodate us in Renton. I find this company to be a "you get what you pay for enterprise" they are not a Sears and I don't expect them to be either. I am happy with the purchase
Don't think I can give a ZERO star rating but that is what this place deserves. They sell their appliances with a 90 day warranty and if your purchase breaks down after 91 days you are out of luck. They are totally indifferent to the concept of customer service and satisfaction. They told me that i could haul the refrigerator myself to their independent repair person and get a discount on his labor.
